I really like the look and quality of this ring. The black and acid green finish looks great, and it feels well made. Unfortunately, the sizing didn't work out for me. I had my finger and old ring professionally measured by a jeweler, who recommended going from an 11(my old ring size) to a 10.5. Even with that adjustment, the ring is still noticeably too big.

I reached out to customer service by email to ask about my options, but I never received a response. The only email I received afterward was a request to leave a review, which was disappointing.

Overall, I think it's a nice looking, well made ring, but the lack of customer service makes it difficult to recommend as a 5 star if you have any sizing issues.

Everything about the ring, the ordering and shipping process was fantastic. Good communication throughout the whole experience and the quality is amazing. Would happily recommend to anyone! And my husband approves- even better!

I emailed in, and they responded quickly and pleasantly and were able to help me out without having to buy an entirely new ring since ours was engraved. Each ring arrived quickly. Waiting for my replacement

Had worn a tungsten koa wood ring for years. After having some rings cut of recently I wanted to keep the look but make it official with engraving and a blue accent. Great fit and quality.

Wow, your service was absolutely incredible! For some reason, my initial order which was very easy to place BTW, came with a bigger size ring then we needed. It was also engraved so I was worried that replacing it with a smaller size would be an issue. But it wasn’t. We got a replacement ring with the engraving for $27.
