I emailed in, and they responded quickly and pleasantly and were able to help me out without having to buy an entirely new ring since ours was engraved. Each ring arrived quickly. We couldn’t be more pleased with our purchase.

Had worn a tungsten koa wood ring for years. After having some rings cut of recently I wanted to keep the look but make it official with engraving and a blue accent. Great fit and quality.

Wow, your service was absolutely incredible! For some reason, my initial order which was very easy to place BTW, came with a bigger size ring then we needed. It was also engraved so I was worried that replacing it with a smaller size would be an issue. But it wasn’t. We got a replacement ring with the engraving for $27. We got the ring right away, and I was totally impressed with your service!
